Scrum framework retrospective

This retrospective is a variant of the  Scrum Values ​​retro . It uses the same spider graph. That name comes from the shape that resembles a spider web. But calling it a starfish is also allowed 🙂

In the retrospective we will assess ourselves on the correct application of the scrum framework. After all, we are  committed  to scrumming, so what could be better?

Method

1. Download the template (pdf)
2. Print the template (one copy for each team member)
3. Have the team members individually plot the team in the diagram. How well does the team score on the different dimensions
4. Then discuss it in plenary (the most convenient works one-by-one the dimensions run down)
