How to meet

We meet some! And those meetings are often inefficient and, more importantly, not very effective. That can be better!

There are hundreds of books about effective meetings and countless methods that make meetings effective. Your author has summarized them for you. In short, there is a successful form of consultation:

  • A diary
  • A facilitator or chair
  • Equivalent input
  • A final conclusion …
  • … With concrete action points.

Tip: read chapter 23 of the cyan LSD book.
