Autonomy and self-management

Lean in Lean Story Design is about a combination of resilience in the way you do things (process) and autonomy in the space given to people and teams. The latter is the last three blocks (4,5,6) of the cyan part of the LSD series. An introduction on this web page.

Self-management
The ultimate form of autonomy – and as far as LSD is concerned, the goal of giving autonomy – is complete self-direction. We have dedicated a separate site section to this. Click here .
